Every year we boast that this is one of the most anticipated boat jams of the year and every year it never fails to disappoint. The two questions you always here when this boat cruise approaching are: 1. "Yuh going?" or 2. "You know where ah could get ah ticket?" Cause if yuh lapse on getting yuh ticket... well soowwwrrry!

Now as always, one of the sweetest parts of a cruise is the car park lime before sailing because we all know that despite the ticket saying "Boarding at 6p SHARP" (yes, they even boldface to put 'sharp' in bold caps! lol), boat eh going ah damm place til' at least 7 o'clock! (lol). The usual vibes were taking place - cars lined the parking lot with open trunks filled with stocked coolers of premium liquor & beer, and some were even filled with a full blown Sunday lunch. West Indian doh make joke, oui! And doh worry, we had our cooler too, so we were right in the mix.

Around 7 o'clock, the Captain of the Enterprise 2000 finally blared the horn signaling boarding time. Well yes, we never see people close up shop and line up so fast. We all know it's mainly due to past boarding issues of people being left behind despite having a ticket, but after adhering to immense feedback it seems that IBz has finally sorted out the issue and no sooner, everyone was on board ... and we mean EVERYBODY! Good job! But ah think the only issue is the jam up to get ON the boat! Gosh, why allyuh people cyah line up in ah orderly fashion! And fellas, oh gawsh .... doh forget yuh manners nah!

Anyways, once we started sailing, the vibes picked up right where we left it in the parking lot. And ... well ... ammm ... after limin' with John John, we were good to go! (lol) On the inside, party-go'ers filled both levels easily and there was nothing but nonstop vibes and constant 'winery'. The music was so sweet, we doh really know who was playin' when and who was spinnin' what??!! Fuss we was all up in dat 'winery' too! (lol) But we must still big up D'Bandit, Court Jester, DJ Chief, PlayHouse & Soca Sweetness for never missing ah beat and keepin' it real sweet!!!! Large up de big men on the MIC ... E-Man & S.K.F for adding to the frenzy!

Around 11:30pm the boat reluctantly docked and we promptly disembarked in serious search for food (although we had our complimentary plate on board) - so thank goodness for the lil' corn soup man in the lot. We'll take two!! Much love to IBz& friends ... we had a real time ... nonstop vibes!!! For those that missed out, doh worry, rumour has it that All Ah We Part Deux is on it's way in September. So doh stick and we ga ketch you next rounds!
